Disputes and mediation
In the event of a disagreement, contact the workshop first: most situations are resolved in one exchange. If no amicable solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [Médiateur de la consommation à compléter — organisme agréé CECMC] — [Adresse du médiateur à compléter]. This remedy is free of charge for the consumer.
Frequently asked questions
What are the production and delivery times?
Each product page states a production time (usually 4 to 7 working days), to which the transit time is added: 2 to 5 business days after making in France, 4 to 8 business days after making in the EU.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Remember to check your spam folder if you receive nothing.
How do I withdraw from my purchase?
In 1 click from thewithdrawal page, within 14 days of receipt. No reason needs to be given.
Do you take custom orders?
Often, yes — colour, format or quantity. Write to me with your project: I will tell you what is possible and within what time frame. Please note: a clearly personalised piece is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Are the pieces suitable for children?
No. They are decorative objects for the home, which do not meet toy safety standards. They must not be left within reach of children.
